Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the transportation services provided by Reese Transport, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using our Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) or Airport Shuttle services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Services Description
Reese Transport, LLC provides the following transportation services in Middle Tennessee:
- Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT): Transportation to and from medical appointments, dialysis centers, therapy sessions, and other healthcare facilities
- Airport Shuttle: Transportation to and from Nashville (BNA), Chattanooga (CHA), Huntsville (HSV), and other regional airports
Our services are available in Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, and surrounding areas.
Booking Policies
Advance Notice Requirement
All bookings require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.
We require advance notice to ensure proper scheduling and vehicle availability. Same-day or emergency bookings may not be accommodated.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including:
- Correct pickup and drop-off addresses
- Accurate date and time
- Mobility requirements and special needs
- Number of passengers
- Flight information (for airport services)
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellation fee may apply
- No-show: Full fare may be charged

Passenger Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Wear seatbelts at all times during transport
- Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
- Not smoke, vape, or consume alcohol in our vehicles
- Not bring illegal substances into our vehicles
- Inform us of any mobility equipment or special needs in advance
- Ensure any medical equipment (e.g., oxygen) is properly secured
Wait Time Policy
- Standard pickups: 15-minute grace period from scheduled time
- Medical facility pickups: Extended wait time available (please inform us of potential delays)
- Airport pickups: We monitor flight arrivals and adjust accordingly
Additional wait time beyond the grace period may incur extra charges.
Liability and Insurance
Insurance Coverage
Reese Transport, LLC maintains appropriate commercial auto insurance and liability coverage as required by Tennessee state law for passenger transportation services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reese Transport, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Missed appointments or flights due to circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend checking the vehicle before exiting. While we make reasonable efforts to return lost items, we are not responsible for items left behind.
NEMT-Specific Terms
Non-Emergency Services Only
Our NEMT services are for non-emergency medical transportation only. We are not an ambulance service and do not provide emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please call 911.
Mobility Assistance
We provide assistance for:
- Ambulatory passengers (can walk with minimal assistance)
- Passengers with foldable wheelchairs
- Passengers using walkers or canes
- Passengers requiring portable oxygen (must be self-administered)
Please inform us of all mobility requirements when booking so we can ensure appropriate vehicle assignment and assistance.
Medical Equipment
Passengers are responsible for their own medical equipment. Our drivers can assist with loading and unloading but are not trained medical professionals and cannot operate medical equipment.
Payment Terms
- Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual trip details
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods
- Gratuities are appreciated but not required
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
